In accordance with Section 15.1-09-10 and 15.1-09-09, NDCC notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 9th , 2026, the annual School Board Election will be held at the Velva School for the purpose of filling two (2) board vacancies caused by the expiration of two (2) terms.

The deadline for filing to run for this vacancy with statement of intent is 4:00pm on Monday, April 6, 2026, in the office of the Business Manager of the Velva Public School, located at 101 W 4th St, Velva ND 58790.

Per NDCC 16.1-09-02 and 16.1-09-08 The polls will be open on the day of the election from 11am to 7pm at the Velva Public School.
